Barre Workout – Ballerina Body is a graceful, ballet-inspired workout designed to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve posture, flexibility, and core strength. This low-impact, full-body session is perfect for all levels and focuses on toning the legs, glutes, abs, arms and back through elegant, controlled movements.
The class begins at the barre in first position, moving through a series of pliés, and deep pulses to activate the thighs and glutes.
The class continues with leg lifts to the front, coordinated with arm movements into third position. You’ll hold the leg in the air, move into attitude, and stretch the leg while rotating outward. The arms follow each phrase, creating fluid motion and full-body engagement.
Later, we move into side leg lifts, rotations to the back, and arabesque lines, always combined with classic ballet arm positions. The workout finishes with deep cambrés, elegant stretches, and gentle pliés, all aimed at increasing mobility and lengthening the body.

No prior dance experience is needed. You’ll need only a barre (or a sturdy chair) and some space to move.
Each sequence is repeated on both sides for muscular symmetry and flow. The workout ends with dynamic stretching to lengthen the muscles and release tension.
End the session with deep, graceful stretches for a refreshed and aligned body.
