Dance Room Technique offers a personalized subscription service that allows subscribers to access workouts and programs (“Dance Room Technique Content”) streamed over the Internet to certain televisions, computers, or other Internet-connected devices (“Dance Room Technique-compatible devices”).
Use of our service is subject to these Terms of Use. As used in these Terms of Use, the terms “Dance Room Technique service,” “our service,” or “the service” refer to the personalized service provided by Dance Room Technique for discovering and watching Dance Room Technique content, including all features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all associated content and software.

General Information on Course Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
By purchasing a subscription for the “Courses” section through Danceroomtechnique.com, you understand and agree that this purchase entails a recurring payment obligation, based on the selected contractual period (7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year), and you expressly consent to the automatic charging of the subscription fee via your saved payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each contractual period unless you choose to cancel prior to the next renewal.
You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before your subscription renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address linked to your account is accurate and active.
To cancel your subscription before the next automatic renewal, please access the “My Account” section and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at contact@danceroomtechnique.com. The subscription will remain active until the end of the already-paid period.
Recurring payments are processed securely by the payment processor LibraPay.

Subscription Terms
1.Your Dance Room Technique subscription may vary depending on the selected plan. To use the service, you must have Internet access, a Dance Room Technique-compatible device, and provide a valid payment method (“Payment Method”).
2.We may offer a variety of subscription plans, including promotional or third-party bundled plans. Each may come with specific terms and limitations, disclosed upon registration or via direct communication.
3.For the nutrition subscription, you will receive a one-month plan within 2 business days after submitting the completed form and questionnaire, and payment is received.
4.Course subscriptions are valid only for the video library of the selected instructor and are subject to recurring billing.
5.Series subscriptions apply only to the selected series and do not involve recurring payments.

Individual Workout Purchases (Video Library)
1.Paying for one or more individual workouts grants you access to the selected workout for 24 hours from purchase.
2.The applicable viewing fee will be charged via your selected Payment Method.
3.After purchase, workouts can be accessed through the “My Workouts” section under “Account” on the website.

Gift Cards
Upon purchase, the recipient will receive an email (to the address entered in the “recipient’s email” field) containing the gift card and a redemption code.
After account creation, the recipient must enter the code under “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code – apply coupon,” and the gift card amount will be deducted from the total.
The recipient may use the gift card to purchase any product or service available on Danceroomtechnique.com.
If the gift card amount is less than the total payment, the remaining amount must be paid via card. If the value exceeds the total, the balance will remain as credit on the recipient’s account.

Billing and Refund Policy
1.Billing Period: Subscription fees and any other service-related charges (e.g., taxes or transaction fees) will be charged via the selected Payment Method on the payment date. The billing period may change depending on processing issues or irregular dates. Visit the “Dashboard” under “Account” for your subscription expiration date.
2.Payment Methods: Dance Room Technique accepts card payments (debit/credit) via LibraPay and Libra Internet Bank. Transactions are encrypted via SSL. All financial data is processed exclusively by the payment processor—Dance Room Technique does not store or handle card details. Payments are processed in RON; if your account is in another currency, conversion will be made based on Libra Bank’s exchange rate. All processing fees are covered by Dance Room Technique.
3.Refund Policy: To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and no credits are given for partially used subscription periods or unwatched content. Subscription validity can be checked under “Dashboard.”
4.Changes to Pricing and Plans: We may periodically adjust subscription plans or pricing, but such changes will not affect purchases already made.

Dance Room Technique Service
1.The service and content are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared outside your household. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. No rights or titles are transferred beyond what is expressly stated.
2.You may only view content in the country where your account was created and where the service is offered. Availability varies by location. The number of simultaneous streams depends on your subscription plan and is listed under “Account.”
3.The content library is updated regularly.
4.You agree to use the service lawfully and not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content unless explicitly allowed. You may not disable DRM, use bots or scraping tools, reverse-engineer software, introduce malware, or use the service fraudulently. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
5.Video quality varies based on your device, bandwidth, and Internet connection. HD/Ultra HD/HDR availability depends on your provider and equipment. Recommended download speeds: HD – 5.0 Mbps; Ultra HD/HDR – 25.0 Mbps. You’re responsible for any Internet access charges.

Passwords and Account Access
The account holder (“Account Owner”) is responsible for maintaining control over account access and any devices used. Do not share your password or payment details. We may suspend or terminate the account to prevent fraud or unauthorized use.

Miscellaneous
1.Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Your consumer rights under mandatory laws in your home country are not affected.
2.Unsolicited Materials: We do not accept unsolicited ideas or materials. Any resemblance to our content is coincidental.

4.Severability: If any provision is found invalid, others remain fully effective.
5.Amendments: We may revise these Terms with at least 10 days’ prior notice.
6.Electronic Communications: We will send account-related information (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password changes) electronically to your registered email.
7.Right of Withdrawal: Under OUG 34/2014, Article 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if the user has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.
8.Limitation of Liability: Dance Room Technique shall not be liable for payment processing issues or any related fraud. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dance Room Technique in case of misuse or force majeure events, including but not limited to technical failures, viruses, and unauthorized access.
