Ballerina Arms and Posture is a ballet-inspired online class designed to sculpt your arms while enhancing grace, elegance, and alignment. This gentle yet effective routine uses only your bodyweight and a mat, making it perfect for home practice. Through a series of standing arm movements and fluid, posture-enhancing exercises, you’ll activate the shoulders, arms, upper back, and core while maintaining a lifted ballet posture.
This 11-minute class flows through precise, graceful arm sequences inspired by classical ballet port de bras. Expect lateral raises, arm pulses, rotations, and posture-focused holds that build strength and control without adding bulk. You’ll work both mobility and tone, creating beautifully defined arms and a tall, elegant presence.
The class begins with standing arm lifts and pulses, gradually building into more complex coordination and rhythmic arm patterns. You’ll also perform overhead arm stretches, scapular activations, and shoulder rotations. Many of the moves mimic traditional ballet arm lines, helping improve posture and develop a dancer-like silhouette.
