Vlad is a certified Mindfulness facilitator, following specialization courses at the Engaged Mindfulness Institute in Massachusetts, USA, an organization authorized by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
His journey into practicing Mindfulness began 8 years ago, in a Buddhist temple in Thailand, an experience that led him to integrate this discipline into his daily life. Since then, he has constantly studied and practiced Mindfulness techniques, developing clear thinking, self-confidence, and physical and mental well-being.
Since 2021, he has begun sharing the benefits of this practice with others and guiding people who want to learn Mindfulness, taking the step towards a career in this regard.
Both through group or individual sessions, as well as through the series of practices available on the platform, Vlad guides you towards developing conscious attention, reducing stress, and cultivating a state of mental and emotional balance, through effective Mindfulness techniques.
