Using a resistance band, this workout combines gentle toning with graceful ballet-inspired movements. It\u2019s designed to activate the upper body while improving posture and mobility.<\/p>\n<p>Each movement is controlled and fluid, working the shoulders, arms, and back with precision. This workout is suitable for all levels and can be done at home with minimal equipment.<\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do in this class:<\/h3>\n<p>We begin with the band held in four parts. Arms go from shoulder height up overhead and back down. Then we work side rotations, alternating directions, and extending the arms to increase range and strength.<\/p>\n<p>Next, we perform cambr\u00e9 movements with arms lifted, followed by chest presses and controlled twists. The band is then placed behind the back, activating the shoulder blades and working in first and second ballet positions.<\/p>\n<p>We continue with lifting motions behind the body to target the triceps and back.
