Inspired by ballet control and posture, this routine uses plank variations to activate the lower body without impact.<\/p>\n<p>We begin on all fours, keeping the spine long and the weight evenly distributed. The right leg lifts and lowers with control. Then the left leg follows. These slow, precise movements target the glutes and hamstrings while engaging your abs.<\/p>\n<p>Next, we add extensions\u2014lifting, flexing, and stretching the legs\u2014activating the thighs and improving control. After a short stretch, we continue with knee-to-chest movements that strengthen the core and lower back.<\/p>\n<p>The intensity increases as we lift one leg while bending the elbows in a modified push-up.
